Custom Products

Custom items are non‑refundable.

This includes:

  • Incorrect registration entered by the customer
  • Incorrect spacing chosen
  • Wrong plate style or size selected
  • Change of mind

We will only replace or refund custom plates if:

  • They arrive damaged
  • They are faulty
  • We made an error in production

Evidence may be required.

Ordering Process

  5. Your order is dispatched

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Klarna (Pay in 3 / Pay Later options, subject to approval)
