This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, produced, and delivered.
All number plates from MFX Plates are custom‑made, and production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Processing Times
All orders are made to order. Typical processing times are:
- Standard processing: 1–3 working days
- Busy periods: May extend slightly (e.g., holidays, promotions)
Processing time refers to the time required to manufacture your plates, not the delivery time.
We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, typical delivery times are:
- Royal Mail 1st Class / Tracked: 1–2 working days
- Royal Mail 2nd Class / Tracked: 2–4 working days
- Courier services (if used): 1–3 working days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary.

Tracking Information
Most orders are shipped using tracked services. Once dispatched, you will receive:

Delivery Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
We cannot refund or replace orders that are:
- Delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer
- Lost due to incomplete or inaccurate address details
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery fees may apply.
Delayed or Lost Deliveries
If your order is delayed:
- We will assist in tracking the parcel
- Delivery delays caused by the courier are outside our control
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier:
- A replacement will be issued
- We may need to wait for the courier’s investigation to complete
We cannot issue refunds for courier delays.
Damaged Deliveries

- Provide clear photos of the damage
- Include photos of the packaging
- Provide your order number
We will arrange a replacement once the claim is verified.
