Overview
MFX Plates produces custom‑made number plates based on the exact details you provide during ordering. Because each plate is personalised and manufactured to your specification, most orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
This policy explains when refunds or replacements may be offered.
Custom Products — No Change of Mind Returns
All number plates sold by MFX Plates are custom‑made items. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect registration entered by the customer
- Incorrect spacing chosen by the customer
- Incorrect plate style or size selected
- Change of mind after ordering
- Ordering by mistake
When We Do Offer Refunds or Replacements
We will replace or refund your order if:
- The plates arrive damaged
- The plates are faulty
- We made an error in production
- You received the wrong item
To process a claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
- Your order number
This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your plates arrive damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos showing the issue
- We will assess the claim
- If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund
We may request the item to be returned depending on the situation.
Incorrect Details Provided by the Customer
We manufacture plates exactly as entered during checkout.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Typos in the registration
- Incorrect spacing
- Wrong plate size or style
- Incorrect border or badge selection
Please double‑check all details before completing your order.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order is delayed or lost by the courier:
- We will assist in tracking the parcel
- A replacement may be issued once the courier confirms loss
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
If the delivery address was entered incorrectly, redelivery fees may apply.
Returns (If Requested)
In rare cases where a return is required:
- We will provide return instructions
- Items must be returned in unused condition
- Returns must be sent using a tracked service

We do not cover return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
